Candidate Qualities & Attributes:

• • Ability to prioritize and execute daily work assignments • Understanding of overall customer satisfaction expectations specific to on-time-delivery (OTD)

Core Duties & Daily Responsibilities:

• • Interacts with the department Foreman to prioritize the daily job orders • Reviews the job orders and determines the required material for each • Communicates the material requirements to the Warehouse • Stages the material pulled from the warehouse and pulls material based on the Job Order quantities required • Places the required material into totes or prepares entire packages, as applicable, for staging at the machines • Prepares the ink required for the order • Place the Job Order, ink, and ad copy with the staged material • Interacts with the printers to ensure that the material is moved as soon as the previous job is completed • Takes the prepared job to the printer and removes the previous ad copy and ink cup as well as any unused material • Cleans the Ink cups and ad copy after a job is completed • Stages the ad copy for return to the screen room • Take collections of screens requiring reclamation to the screen room as required • Coordinates the WIP process including cycle counts and material labeling and staging for return to the warehouse • Provides prep work as required to include unwrapping of product from individual packaging and well as pre-treating of products as required • Provides end of the process support to include quality inspection and printer feedback for issues • Provides end of the line process support to include material staging for final packaging • Provides subassembly support, bagging, and packaging as required • Performs WIP cycle counts as requested • All other duties as assigned
